You can still register for a powered or non-powered site but your details will be added to a ‘waiting list’.  Please submit the form but don’t send any money until you are advised that there is a site for you. 

If sites become available, the Registrar will contact the person who is first on the waiting list.  You will be reminded what your ‘Rally ID code’ is and asked to make payment within two weeks.  You will be required to pay the first three instalments which amount to $390.    If no payment has been received within that period, your registration will be discarded.  

Once you have made a payment and you need to cancel your registration for any reason, a $50 administration fee will be held.

To secure your site, all payments must be paid no later than 30th June 2025.  No late payments will be accepted at the national rally.

Registration and Payments

Thank you in advance for abiding by any occasional requests (displayed in newsletters and website) which may aid club members' safety and welfare. These requests will be listed under the tab Rally Notices

Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to NSW Association of Caravan Clubs Inc.

Your 'Rally ID code' should be included in all future communication with the Registrar and also used when making any future payments.

The deposit and any future payments should be made as follows:

• EFT (via your Internet banking) - BSB: 112879, A/C No.: 416061843, Acc Name: NSW Association of Caravan Clubs Inc.
• If posting a Chq/Money Order please make payable to "NSW Association of Caravan Clubs Inc." and post to Anne Carragher, The Treasurer, NSW Association of Caravan Clubs Inc, 47 Emily St, Mount Druitt NSW 2770
